1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

• Register one account only – each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at ong39 at any given time.

3. Registration & Account Management

During the ong39 account registration process, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. ong39 relies on the accuracy of this information to process financial transactions and verify member identity. False or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

• Each member is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without refund of remaining balances.
• The account name must match the name on the bank card or digital wallet used for transactions.
• Members are fully responsible for keeping their profile information up to date, including email address and phone number.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.
• Ong39 reserves the right to request a Know Your Customer (KYC) including a copy of your identification card, bank statement, and other relevant documents before approving the withdrawal.
• Account passwords are the full responsibility of the member. ong39 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from security vulnerabilities on the member's end.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Ong39 offers a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to meet the needs of Malaysian members, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are processed through fully encrypted channels.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10. Maximum deposit limits are subject to membership tier and the payment method used.
• All deposits must use a payment method registered under the same member's name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 10 minutes upon approval by ong39, subject to completion of the KYC process and any applicable bonus rollover requirements.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Ong39 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violations of these terms.

• Ong39 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses that are already active and have met the required conditions.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including the use of multiple accounts or wagering strategies deemed improper to meet rollover requirements, may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the stated time period. Expired bonuses will not be re-credited.

• Reporting fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in game manipulation.

13. Amendment of Terms & Conditions
